Also, connect with our care team mentioning your order ID and we will ensure that a brand-new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.

When do I have to self ship the product to Aura Jewelar? 

Though a specific courier may deliver products to your address, they may not have the service for reverse pick up facility. In such cases you will have to ship the product back to us. Connect with our care team, we will share the address for return.
